Taking walks definitely helps for me. I felt derealization 2 hours ago and thought of going for a walk but it's so cold outside (50F).
Need diazepam taper again.. (I know I hate talking about this stuff but it's just something that I have to deal with - Not my fault but I claim full responsible)....
