Love fireworks in UK we have a big fireworks display on November 5th every year. This is when the notorious Guy Fawkes tried to blow up Houses of Parliaments in London in 1605 well it's not the exact date but this is when we celebrate it. I don't know why we celebrate it on November 5th.... "Remember, remember 5th of November gunpowder treason and plot" is the wee rhyme that we were taught at school. This year's display is cancelled due to COVID-19 unfortunately

We also have New Year's too but it's not a whole community thing like Novemver 5th. The city council doesn't put a display on for this unfortunately.
