I’m also finding the video sessions (via zoom), hard. I really wish we could meet in person. My T hasn’t given me any update and I haven’t asked her. I suppose her safety is an important element in the decision. I don’t want her to be at risk. I also don’t want to do sessions where she wears a mask. I will be really really happy if she tells me we can resume in person sessions.
