I got prescribed an antibiotic (Minocycline) for acne. If anyone knows of this or a bit about, let me know. I'm not supposed to take it under an hour apart from eating dairy.

I'm on 8 prescribed meds now but I'm keeping track of everything I take in my notes. I'm on a diazepam taper again but will just take as needed (14x 5mg diazepam). Then I'll be done and just use for panic attacks to prevent benzo brain.

I feel quite a bit better today - I just have moments I suppose.
