Thank you! I'm on a new approach after meeting with an online coach who specializes in additions. He recommended that I taper off. It's just too much of a shock to the system to quit cold turkey. So instead of vaping 3 times an hour, I'm vaping twice for a few days. Then I'll drop down to once an hour and keep lessening my time until I can quit.
