So, it's now official, vivid dreams can be a side effect of the Covid lockdown. From the scientific stand point, it's to do with changes of routine and not having the usual socialising with friends and family. Am still having them, but not as frequently.

My mother is concerned. She's having dreams which include dead people. That includes my father (died 1960), her parents, aunts, uncles, second husband and his relatives, cousins and friends. Also includes people she didn't like; there are lots of those! She's just turned 85 so could be something to do with age or just the effects of lockdown.
