Yes, we are working as a team but most sessions will be one-on-one alternating weeks. The reason for two T’s is that with my history there are a lot of issues with men and another huge set with women because of the scope and variety of trauma. I have made a lot of progress with my male T but once I decided he was safe I bonded with him pretty easily. My struggles with women are far more complicated. T1 is T2’s supervisor anyway so they work together regularly. I think once I get past the initial session will be the hardest. I really kind of liked her the few times we talked in the waiting area. My being afraid of her only started after we set the appointment for her to be my T.
