Wow. That's a horrible story! But thanks for sharing it~ Thank God no one was hurt. In my complex no smoking of ANY kind is allowed...in apartments or anywhere on the grounds. This might be the wave of the future. (Of course a few people still secretly smoke. But if they caused damage they would have to pay. I am also certain that here they would be evicted.)
