You didn't mention how old you are. I'm and old man now (unfortunately.)
But gender dysphoria is something I've struggled with my entire life. I don't have a lot of personal experience with incontinence. But I do have just a bit as a result of having undergone prostate surgery quite a few years ago. So anyway, should you decide to post in the Sexual & Gender Issues forum, I'd be pleased to reply.
