I’ll pick something up then immediately go looking for it wondering where it went because I’ve forgotten that I’ve just picked it up. I think my short term memory is getting bad from long term Xanax use.

They do say Alzheimer’s slowly starts showing up 20 years before you get it full blown and you can get it in your 40’s. But it’s rare.
