I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time.
I don't know as there are any personal suggestions I can offer. But, as you are perhaps already aware, there's a "Sticky" at the top of the Self-Injury forum page titled: "Things to do instead of hurting yourself". Perhaps there are some suggestions in that Sticky that can help?
Here's a link to an article, from PC's archives, that discusses grounding techniques for the holidays. Of course we're not in what is typically considered the "holiday period" now.
