I have PTSD, and yes I have vivid dreams, both good and bad. I hear things too but I always remind myself if I wake up in the middle of the dream, it's not real. I always end up shutting my eyes again and telling myself that I'm okay. At first it terrified me but it's very normal to have vivid dreams, especially nightmares when your stressed out. Just get a check up with your doctor and tell them what your experiencing.

And therapy can do wonders, so don't be scared or feel like you'll be judged, because I experience this all the time. I enjoy the good vivid dreams, but of course everyone does. I'm not scared of it once I bought a book about lucid dreaming.
