I remember seeing your posts before. Not everybody who comes to the forums uses the chat room, and you certainly don't have to unless you want to. If you want to go to chat, all you have to do is click on the word chat in the menu bar, next to the number in parentheses. That number is how many people are in chat already, and you can click on that to see who is there. You are welcome in chat, but don't feel like you have to unless you want to.

If you post, and then you think maybe you should have used a trigger icon, then just let me know and I can add one for you. And if I think that a post really should have one, I'll just add it too, but it's best if you use the trigger icon when you think you need it, since it could be a little while before I get here.

I think this post is fine just the way it is. I'm sorry that you are hurting and having urges. You're doing great to resist those feelings. Thanks for talking to us, and you are welcome here any time.
