Hypersexuality is usually my first sign of hypomania. I take my prn seroquel and half an hour later I no longer have to deal with it.

So for me it is a part of my bipolar symptoms.

Also when I was younger and not diagnosed with bipolar but with major depression, looking backwards, I probably was having mixed episodes and hypersexuality was part of it.
