Yesterday was good. Today I’ve had a cup of rice, a coffee from Starbucks, a dragon fruit, a purple sweet potato, a Mountain Dew, and 3 hard boiled eggs. 1,240 calories depending on the potato. It was decent today except for the drinks. I had a lot of super exotic foods.
I think melatonin makes me hungry. I’ve noticed when I don’t take any for a couple days I can control my hunger.
