My brother is on the spectrum, in the old days it was called Asperger's.

He always meant to learn a trade, not interested in college, but one of the traits of an aspie can be to procrastinate making decisions because they seem overwhelming. So his 20s, 30s and 40s passed.

He is 50 and washing dishes at a restaurant. My mother enabled him for years and then when she died, I inherited him.

Give yourself a deadline of one year to pick a trade school and finish as soon as you can. If you don't you may never be able to support yourself.

He has to live with me because he doesn't know how to do anything other than stocking or dishwashing and is resistant to any new experiences. I can't say I'm overjoyed that I have to support him. I don't know what he'll do when I die. He has no savings, no retirement, nothing. He has gotten and quit many jobs because he didn't like them or the people in charge changed or someone asked him to do something he didn't care for.

Save yourself from that kind of life.
