Work went ok last night. I treated it like what it is, a job. I’m so excited. My work week is over and I have 3 (almost 4 because I don’t go in till 6:15) off!and it’s the weekend (Friday and Saturday)!

So, even combating my medicine may make me gain weight I’m kinda concerned. I’ve walked 40 miles this week. It sounds incredible right? I walk nonstop for 10 hours a day. It averages 1mi per hour, so not so weird. However ever since I was living in my car I’ve had little to no appetite. I’ve not sit down to a real meal since. In fact, I’ve forced myself to eat 80% of a ham sandwich for two days because I wasn’t hungry.

I weight myself the other day and I weighed today. The scale is accurate according to my roomate. I’ve went from 128.6 lbs. (which is down from 138 at my moms, but it could be difference in scales, but of course that gap means weight had to be lost). This morning I’m 125.4. I guess that’s not unexpected but it’s worrying me. I’m now at my ideal weight and I’ve cut back soda like 85%. My “beer gut” is getting smaller which is really my only goal. ... so what’s the problem? Losing more weight from not eating and working.

How do you force yourself to eat? My appetite just doesn’t exist. I still pass gas (sorry, gross I know) so my bowels are working. I don’t know why I’m not hungry. Could it be my meds? I mean obviously while living in my car it wasn’t the meds , it was stress. But now... I don’t know.

I guess after all these weeks it’s becoming a sincere problem.. the most I’ve ever weighed is 150 and I’ve not weight 125 since high school 11 years ago.

Just for context, I’m 5’4” (I’m short, I know).
