I really try to practice mindfulness and question my thoughts.

“Why am I feeling this way?”
“Are my thoughts rational? Are they based in reality?”
“These thoughts are a part of my disorder and are simply that - thoughts.”

The mindfulness helps me put perspective on what I am thinking about. Trying to focus on the present moment and not question what I am thinking / experiencing.
