to any people with medical training, would any of you be willing to 'clarify' something for me, please?!?

what exactly "is" lightheadedness?? i mean, is it a nerve thing or a vascular thing or blood vessel thing or a heart/brain thing or some other tissue/organ thing..... because each thing will land a person at a different specialist. and it is NOT the same as dizziness!
