I am struggling tonight.I am suffering from loneliness and also I am having a hard time financially.I am developing an obsession with winning the lottery and I have been playing instant win games and losing money online!It's a problem.I also have a massive issue with my weight and diabetes and am bleeding again post menopausally which happened in 2016,and they tried to say I had cancer and make me have a hysterectomy.But I didn't have cancer,I may have precancerous cells.Anyhow I have been extemely anxious and I have been trying to diet and failing.Now I have to go back to hospital and have internal examination and have a biopsy done which is really unpleasant.
