I am failing miserably at dieting,I haven't lost any weight,I might lose 5 pounds but then I gain it back.It's tiring,also keeping a food diary and counting calories doesn't help it just makes me more obssessed about eating and not being able to eat what I want,it depresses me.I want to eat healthy but don't manage to cos I am getting worried about not losing weight and feel compelled to eat unhealthy junk to comfort me.
