This is probably a common question, but have you sought professional help? It can work, medications can help too.
When I was in the hospital there was a girl, very young, that was a "puller" and then even just cut random strands of hair, needless to say it was not the haircut one would pay for, sorry, no pun intended.
The point is that in 10 days professional help and medications helped her immensley.
Sad, that her parents were just begining education on this problem, but at least they were starting the support the process.
Hope you'll consider professional help, if you already haven't, there is help and hope.
