I don't personally have experience with Trileptal and Zoloft, so I can't comment much on those. With Lamictal I don't think there should be withdrawal symptoms as such. That is, to the best of my knowledge you can quit it cold turkey without health risks. However, while there aren't any withdrawal symptoms, your mood symptoms could start to worsen as soon as you stop, or within days as the med leaves your body. Also, with Lamictal I believe that if you're at a lower dose for a while, then you need to build the dose back up slowly, which is very unfortunate. With Zoloft, as it is an SSRI, you might experience antidepressant withdrawal syndrome.
