I think Walmart makes anxiety worse. Walmart could push the most calm, laid back person in the entire world, over the edge. As far as BuSpar, that is not known to be the best anti-anxiety med out there... I was on it for my very first med and it did absolutely nothing. I had a panic attack in the store today, too. Meds work different for different people, but maybe speak with your doctor about the fact that you are still having so much anxiety while on this med.
