Well being outdoors too long yesterday resulted in sun poisoning today. Been dealing with a migraine all day and totally nonfunctional.

Primary Dx: C-PTSD and Severe Chronic Treatment Resistant Major Depressive Disorder
Secondary Dx: Generalized Anxiety Disorder with mild Agoraphobia.
