My boss is reviewing his written annual review of me on Thursday.

My boss has been trying to undermine my success at work for over a year now.

Last year in my annual review, he watered down and omitted several of my greatest achievements, so i am anticipating that he will do the same this year.

What is the best and most diplomatic way to address it, IF he does this again?

I want to address it immediately and while we are on the call together.

Last year, I did bring up one omission, and he revised and included the achievement I brought up to him. So I believe I have the right to bring this up again to him, if he repeats the same kind of omissions.

A raise is usually included with the annual review, and is based on your achievements, so that's why it's important for me to address this.

I want to be upfront, yet diplomatic. Thanks!
