Had a really sedating sleep. I felt like my bed was a black hole. Vyvanse helps my brain go faster than the speed of light so I managed to escape again from my bed.
I'm gonna try practicing mindfulness as well cuz I'm quite depressed.
Thinking of microdosing a psychedelic 2-3 days a week and taking a dissociative every 2 weeks.
Gonna drink a coffee and figure this out. Depersonalization isn't too bad. I had it last night - Didn't get derealization. Sleep helps.
