I am a little embarrassed by him, but a bit more embarrassed about the people "working on his campaign" that are taking it seriously, or as a publicity stunt. Many people know he is a deliberately unmedicated person with bipolar disorder (obviously type 1). I wish he had had enough sense not to stoke the flames, but unfortunately that is not uncommon in people with the disorder. It is really quite similar to drug addiction. His fame and money, and the people around him that try to profit or gain off of it, put him in a particularly bad position. It's very possible that the experience will turn quite sour for him, and he'll not be happy. If so, I hope it serves as a very good lesson for him. Or, perhaps he'll see it as his enablers do, about money and fame. That's yet to be determined. In any case, I have read that his wife (Kim Kardashian) has been trying to get him help. I hope that's so, and not just part of the whole publicity stuff.

Honestly, it's quite disconcerting that a blatantly ill person is trying to run for the highest political position in pretty much the entire world, and anyone taking it seriously. What happened to qualifications for the job? Respect for the people of the United States and the world? Those seem to have been thrown out the window a few years ago. Now it's just one big reality TV show. That's utterly embarrassing and detrimental for all people, though many don't get that. Or perhaps they'll learn the hard hard way, too.

Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with a person who has a mental illness trying to become president. But they must have the illness well controlled and be qualified for the job. Not properly treating such an illness is a no-go and should be in everyone's book. I can't understand how/why anyone would dare disagree with this. When a person gets sick, they should be treated or even hospitalized, in some cases. They step aside and those that truly care, tell them to.

He won't even make it to the election, I don't think. He has zero chance at receiving even one electoral vote. I'm not a fan of the electoral college, but even they wouldn't vote for him. He offers them nothing. Nothing. Chances are, he'll figuratively spontaneously combust by mid August, at the latest.

[Kanye, I hope you get past this soon and take the right steps towards recovery. You do have a lot to offer people. Good stuff to offer. I hope you'll offer that. Make music, not noise. Be a positive example, not a negative one. You do have a big audience who could surely benefit from a positive example. Right now (today), you're not doing positive. You want to be a hero? Fight stigma. Don't exacerbate it!]
