I’ve been dealing with more anxiety and stress lately. So much so, I’ve forgotten my meds 2x in the past week.
I found this app tho on VR called Tripp. It’s a scientifically made app to help you calm down from anxiety. Also, to help you focus/refocus. Plus other things. It asks you how you feel before and after the visuals, which are kaleidoscopic type visuals, plus interactions where you use your head as the pointer/lead in the visuals instead of your controllers. It’s a meditative app. Before I rated myself 5 out of 10 with 10 being I feel excellent. After, i rated myself an 8. So it said I have a 30 percent increase in my mood.
