I never heard of that ? But I know for SSD or SSI you have to be between a 35 to 50 score its called a GAF score . Below 35 you have to be hospitalized & or have full time care takers. Above a 50 you are able to work. Most people far between a 70 to 100 but people with bipolar rare get above 70.Its funny Ive become a expert on this %#@&#! .
