When I turned 40 I noticed my hair started to go! That was 4 years ago. Been serious though, I would say I wised up a lot. I pay attention to myself instead of putting myself out to help others all the time. The most evident thing I suppose been am finally stopped worrying about what everyone thought of me. Nowadays I look after myself first and make no apology for that.
