Its OK to feel the way you're feeling, though I'm sorry that you're feeling this way too. Its understandable. There's something about work, schedule, routine, and socialization that grounds us. Engaging in the world, even just about work stuff, it sounds like it held you together. I don't know if you've seen this article that went around the internet early into the pandemic, but if not:
