I did stop meds to have my baby. No, it wasn’t fun off meds (they had misdiagnosed me with major depressive disorder, had me on max dosages of several SSRIs), but I did have my baby, and I did not commit suicide. My daughter is 12.5 yr old now, and she has grown into a caring, sweet young woman, a credit to the world.

The best decision of my life was NOT to listen to the pdoc (have definitely left said pdoc).

I have discovered the bar for pdocs is set incredibly low. There are good pdocs out there, but the bad seem to really outnumber the good.
