I don't know how bad my anxiety can get. I sometimes get panic attacks but they're mostly because of dissociation. Other than that, I like adrenaline.. Cuz it's a stimulant..
But just wanting to relax and do things at home makes me edgy.. Like I can't focus on small detail because I have a huge FOMO about everything.
It's my main problem. I don't know how you manage to study physics, math textbooks. I can barely do anything cuz of malfunctioning executive functioning.
