Yesterday and today I stuck to my calorie limit so I am pleased,I am taking it one day at a time and am resolved not to cheat because I am 22 stone which is 308 pounds and I am determined not to get bigger,I am motivating myself to stick to it by looking at the long term goals,I could be four stone lighter by xmas if I continue with it.That's 252 pounds which is a loss of 52 pounds.I would be fitter and healthier and if I continued I could reach my goal and be 12 stone by June next year,which is 168 pounds.That's better than where I was heading before I started the diet I was heading towards 400 pounds,not where I want to be.
