I did my circuit training workout today. It kicked my butt and my muscles feel wonky now. I feel good about doing it. I haven't been working out for a few weeks and I realize I missed it.

I have been back on Geodon for a week and I know it will slow my metabolism. I figure this is a good time to take back control before things start to swing in the wrong direction.
