Even when i am sick. I feel fine. It's like I'm separated from my body. I feel achy, i feel tired, but really that's not out of the usual. I feel achy and tired a lot, even when not sick.

My brother pointed out shortness of breathe, I've been to the er twice for difficulty breathing. Passed all tests, even covid test was negative.

But still trouble breathing and i figure cause I'm 100 lbs overweight. I exercise. I'm out of shape physically despite walking and doing exercises 4 times a week. Doctors don't see anything wrong. But something is wrong unless it's just old age setting in. I'm 46. Any thought of what i can check? They ran heart check, stress test, mri cat scan all fine. Covid test negative.

It started in January at least when I first noticed it.
