Hi everyone. Today my jaw hurts. I imagine I was clenching my jaw or maybe grinding my teeth last night in my sleep. I also have exostosis which is painful today. Every dentist I've been to says it is not painful but that is b/s. It's not as painful as the jaw but there is definitely pain. Feels like my whole jaw and mouth is inflamed. I've been drinking lots of cool drinks to try to help it. If it is still hurting later I'll take some Ibuprofen.
