But yes, my CEO never saw all my achievements, and my boss either took credit for my work or downplayed my achievements to my CEO. I tried to resolve it through HR, to no avail.
Ironically, my CEO asked for my current resume to help me. So now he'll see the list of actual achievements. lol.

Why wasn't he told? I'd say it's better to go to CEO to discuss or complain if lower level supervisor is or isn't doing anything.
