This is what happens to me and is something my older sister triggers. I am VERY little and I experience a really frightened very young one or toddler or even baby in me and for the life of me I wish I could get a flashback showing me what she did to frighten me so much that all these years later I would experience this only in full body flashbacks with not knowing what is happening.

I have a hard time understanding how so many years later I experience this. My sister is four years older than me and that’s a big age difference. And my mother told me I was in with my sister when I was a baby til I was three.
