You wrote you suffer impairment due to your diaper fetish being a psychological disorder that affects your everyday life. And you wondered if there are other PC members who are in a similar situation. You didn't mention in what way your diaper fetish is affecting you though. I'm not in your situation. But I'm also not unfamiliar with what has come to be referred to as the ABDL lifestyle either. (I don't know how many ABDL's there are here on PC. I know there have been new members who have posted on this topic in the past. But they don't seem to have stayed active as far as I can tell.)

There are many people who share your love of diapers. And certainly there can be some complicating factors such as wearing in public, at work, around family & friends, etc. And it is also true some DL's struggle with guilt & shame regarding their love of diapers (especially in the beginning.) But there are also DL's who have been able to come around to the point where they just say: "The hell with it. Diapers are just another form of underwear. And if somebody doesn't like them, they don't have to look!" (Or something similar.) It is true too that there are options for keeping one's love of diapers more private such as wearing pull-ups rather than diapers when out in public. (Perhaps you already know that.)

So, depending on in what way your love of diapers is affecting your everyday life, there are solutions out there. And getting with other DL's (probably on-line but in some cases perhaps even in-person eventually) to learn from others as well as to come to realize you're not alone can be both a great help & a great comfort. My best wishes to you...
