It's partly a personality trait, and partly because I have worked at a managerial level focusing on sales, marketing, and customer service. I tend to provide the most constructive criticism about meals in restaurants. I have very high standards when it comes to culinary creations. I have the cooking and baking abilities/experience to back that up. Deep down my dream job would be a restaurant critic for the New York Times.
