and it all just gets on top of you?. when that happens, what do you do
I just have myself to worry about, but dealing with my anxiety, my fibro pain, my bipolar, eating issues, absences... it all seems a lot to take on sometimes for just 1 person
especially for me: the way I handle things is bad, I know that, and I really need to work on being less stressed about things.
I guess I'm just feeling really irritated today
panic attack, bad fibro pain, irritability from the bipolar, ugg.
