They send out an announcement for which day the inspection will be and the back of the page is filled with things to clean/do before the inspection! Now, they said there was going to be no inspection this year but that they'll have someone come and check on the tub- that its been fixed by the landlord. They may not go through that whole list, but they can see general tidy-/cleanli-ness.
