I am now wondering if I should get a therapist who takes my insurance or just see someone else. I don't know. Therapy can get expensive for sure, especially if they don't take your insurance. I remember my psychiatrist once saying that I should see someone with a PhD or something because they know more about meds than someone with just an MA or something? I don't know if that's true or not. Anyway, I have decisions to make.
At least this is headed in a positive direction. Before I felt like it was not headed in a positive direction.
