I’ve experienced that on other med combos where it felt like the meds were at war with each other. It’s hard to get to a comfortable spot when you feel that way.

As to your question, it depends. For me personally, I can’t be on Lamictal solo because it can trigger hypomania but for others I know it has a mood stabilizing effect.

How long have u been on this combo? Maybe give it some time or talk to pdoc about adjusting the dosage?
