That's just low self esteem distorting your thinking processes. That's the side effect of having low self-esteem, the self-loathing thinking you're always wrong. Once you increase your self-esteem your thoughts won't be as distorted and you won't experience as much self-loathing. The thing is, and you probably already know this, our feelings of self-worth are the same as our self-esteem. If you have low self-worth, you also have low self esteem.
Do you get any counseling for your low self-esteem? Cognitive Behavior Therapy (David Burns' books) is a life saver. Check out any of his books from your local library or try to get a free eBook online of his.

I constantly reread my Burns' books these days since the pandemic hit 5 months ago. The pandemic is detrimental to people's self-esteem due to the extreme levels of isolation which as we all know is not normal or healthy for anyone, let alone those of us who suffer with low self esteem, depression, and/or anxiety. Hope that doesn't sound too preachy or pedantic.
