I bought a $10 body pillow from Target and I use a spray bottle to mist my face and neck at night when my anxiety level starts to ramp up. Sleeping with the body pillow has been amazing for my anxiety at night. I tried a weighted blanket but that just suffocated me...because it's weighted. I highly recommend sleeping with multiple pillows or a body pillow. I also will take a bath about 2 hours before I want to go to bed which has helped calm me down too.
