i managed to convince myself that if things were making me nervous, it was time to get the ball rolling with the doctors.

so i now have two doctor appts next week. the first one is on monday, with a local general physician. figured it would be okay to start there - see what happens i guess
the second is on tuesday, with my 'back doctor' - since i'm now having symptoms in my arms, which could or could not be from my neck. they may want an updated MRI...
