If you follow CBT, it says anxiety is a product of our thoughts. Therefore, change your thoughts and you change how you feel. I know... easier said than done.
I have felt some excitement before which sort of felt like anxiety. I just had to do deep breathing and calm myself down. It was too intense.
I hope your anxiety gets better.
Today I have been calm. I'm just sleepy this morning and I have been journaling and drinking cappuccino. That's my version of a benzo. Lol! Hope everyone is well!
